Professional customer service - we fled from the wildfire at the south of portugal and stayed a second time in Omid. Very modern, clean hotel. The room was very comfortable, friendly staff. The location is great - 3-4 min walk to the nearest metro where you can reach the whole city. It's also just a 20 min walk to Bairro Alto. Definitely recommend!
